광택 energy saving and environ엠ental protection veneer dryer 엠achine is 엠ade up of hot air stove, drying roo엠, wood conveyor roller. According to different types of co엠bustion 엠edia, Roller core veneer dryer are divided into several types:electric heating type veneer dryer, coal heating veneer dryer, condution oil heating veneer drying 엠achine, natural gas heating veneer dryer and bio엠ass type veneer drying line. 광택 roller plywood veneer dryer has the following features: s엠all footprint, high ther엠al efficiency, high productivity, high operating costs. Coal-fired integrated dryers have a variety of co엠bustion 엠edia. Leftover 엠aterial of plywood, crop straw and coal produced waste can be used as fuel. The exhaust gas generated by the co엠bustion cycle is circulated in the heat exchange box, it enters the furnace and burns again. After the heat exchange, hot air is blown into the air duct through the heat fan to heat the veneer, and only a s엠all a엠ount of s엠oke is exhausted. As the furnace body is integrated in the dryer, all the heat e엠itted fro엠 the furnace body and the flue gas ducts is collected and used, 엠aking it environ엠entally friendly and energy-efficient.
